We accept DXF files for all 3-axis cutting projects. Please ensure that all shapes are fully enclosed, with no open curves, branches, or overlapping lines.
While PDF and other vector formats are accepted, they may require additional preparation work to meet cutting requirements.
The minimum internal radius our machine can cut is 0.021 inches.
If your design includes internal square corners, they will automatically be cut with a 0.021” radius.
No. For best processing, please submit separate files for each combination of material type and thickness.
Example:
One file for ¼” steel parts
Another file for ⅛” aluminum parts
We cut from sheets that are 48” x 96” (4 feet by 8 feet).

Use only closed, clean paths (no overlapping or intersecting lines)
Remove any text, dimensions, or layers not meant to be cut
Group all like-material and like-thickness parts in the same file
Include a cutting outline only — no fills or hatching
